Nikola Tesla, Purple Plates, Integratron and One Giant Rock

My interest in the titled list began with my feet. All of life’s pressures plus old physical, spiritual, and emotional aches, exacerbated by poor medical care, left me unable to walk without assistance. It took almost a year to wean myself off prescription drugs and look for integrative solutions. Meanwhile my feet were alternatively numb, tingly, swollen, red and painful. I found many quirky and sometimes dangerous health fixes on the market for neurological problems. Symptom research suggested that I could have any or all of a long list of ‘diseases’: Multiple Sclerosis, Neuropathy, Gout, and good old-fashioned Arthritis. Not getting relief from doctors, I decided that I would move slowly on my own, trying only those items that could “do no harm”.

I follow Self Realization Fellowship’s teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, so this was the logical start. His in-depth healing instructions along with meditation, includes visualization, Kundalini yoga, affirmations, diet, exercise, and introspection. https://yogananda.org/self-realization-fellowship  So, while I was cleansing my system of physical, mental, and spiritual bad stuff, I sent prayers to my personal universal support group of Gods, Goddesses, and Gurus to hook me up with solutions. Here’s where they’ve led.

There is much written about Tesla and lucky for me I have a partner in crime in that my husband, Blake (co-creator of our newest website, Mu the Motherland https://www.muthemotherland.com/ )  is intrigued with the man, his accomplishments, and failures. Tesla, a scientist with good intentions and a kind disposition, was at the forefront of electrical engineering and its many uses. In addition, and most interesting to me, is that he had a sixth sense about the order of the universe, uncanny at times and presented with an almost religious or spiritual bent.

This brings us to the Tesla-inspired purple plates. These plates are inexpensive anodized aluminum plates that have been coated with a protective film by electrolytic means. Next, they are anodized with the color Violet, which is considered by some to have healing properties. In addition, their atomic structure has been changed so their energies can penetrate living things. There are several brands on the market, with varying reviews. We bought the EIP brand (available direct or from Amazon) because they claim to be the original developers. However, I’m not selling anything, just sharing info for your consideration.

Okay, I say, let’s give ‘em a try. The rectangular plates are the size of a standard credit card and the smaller round ones, have a hole drilled in them. I decided to string the discs with satin jewelry cord so I could tie them around my ankles which I do before bedtime. I made a necklace the same way and place the rectangle on different body parts while asleep. Been doing this about a month and I’ll have to admit that I’ve seen some improvement. It feels like, in some magical way, like a big hug of kindness. My theory is that throughout the years, as a sensitive person, I have literally blown out my nervous system and damaged the myelin sheaths that protect nerve cells.  Not very scientific, I know, but that’s how it feels. The medical doctors I saw, loaded me up on so much medication, that the condition worsened and made me, for a lack of a better word, crazy—sleep deprived, heavier in every way, brain fogged, anxious and depressed. Then, while dealing with my health, Blake and I decided to sell our Sonoma County, California home and move to Las Cruces, New Mexico. Talk about stress!  Now two years later, each day brings less pain, swelling, and anxiety. Is it the plates? The jury is still out on them, but the bottom line is that I am making progress—part of which is understanding that which makes me tick and what makes me sick. Small changes over time add up to better life.

Paramahansa Yogananda, when he was alive, had an affinity towards the Mojave desert—an accessible distance from his Los Angeles, Mother Center and Southern California retreats. At the time he had a rustic getaway retreat in Twentynine Palms, which is partly why we we’re attracted to the area. I’m not sure if he ever stood at the Integratron site, yet when we entered the structure created by George Van Tassel (1910-1978) pictures of our Guru were placed with other items around the room. Tassel claimed that the structure is based on the design of Moses’ Tabernacle, the writings of Nikola Tesla and telepathic directions from extraterrestrials—intense stuff. This one-of-a-kind 38-foot high, 55-foot diameter, all wood dome was designed to be an electrostatic generator for the purpose of rejuvenation and time travel.

Okay. I’m game. The Integratron experience is a specially composed sound bath, created by ‘playing’ live, various sizes of crystal singing bowls, by an experienced musician. https://www.integratron.com/sound-bath/ The player in our case, had many years of experience catering to Los Angeles creatives and is now semi-retired working almost exclusively inside the Integratron. We settled in on comfortable lounges which encircled the upstairs room. (Luckily, my feet didn’t fail me on the way up and down the ladder.) When the ‘music’ began, I immediately felt my heart chakra open, and I thought, “oh boy, I hope I don’t cause a scene” because my reaction was a giant sob that I managed to keep mostly to myself. A minute or so later, other chakras opened, and I felt better. The experience is one of cleansing, healing, relaxation, and subtle out-of-body sensations. Some say they see and converse with other-worldly folks and people that have passed out of their lives—alive and dead. I focused on my before-mentioned spiritual support group, that is always there for me, and they seemed to enjoy the ‘music”.  Didn’t see or hear anyone else, but who else do I need? So be it.

Blake’s intuitive connection to the area finally brought us to the Giant Rock. There’s so much to tell about this place, that I’ll let you search for all the history and details. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_Rock  The so-called deeply rutted road out of Landers, CA takes you several miles on to Bureau of Land Management land. This was and I guess still is, a place of UFO sightings and gatherings. I’ll be honest. I’m not a UFO buff, but instead tend to believe in multiple dimensions and the continuing influences of previous earth civilizations on our ‘present’. (Why we created the Mu the Motherland site.) However, Blake, me, and our German Shepherd, Ripley, all felt the vibrations that emanated from the Giant Rock of granite and quartz crystal. Ripley couldn’t be contained, so we let her off-leash to immerse herself in the energy while we snapped photos. Regrettably, the not so bright, have graffiti-ed the rocks, but we lucked out in that local volunteers had recently hauled away the tons of trash left by campers, leaving mostly pristine desert. (C’mon you guys-clean up your act.)

Our trip ended with a visit to our most beloved Joshua Tree National Park. Bought my share of swag, to support the effort, and to wow my friends with a classy t-shirt. Joshua Tree can get crowded and at peak times, the wait to get in can be long. Our favorite time to go is the first half of December, before the schools take winter break. The day we entered was slightly colder than usual, but if you’ve ever been there in summer, you will appreciate needing a sweater. All was as we remembered, beautiful and powerful. Oh, and Blake finally located and photographed the spot where Phil Kaufman attempted to cremate Gram Parsons after his death from an overdose of morphine and tequila. (Classic Rock and Roll fans will know about this spot.) But that’s another story for another day and another blogger. Rest in Power Gram. Peace.
